It’s that time of year when the whole world goes mad for Eurovision! This year as many of our colleagues are in Lisbon RIGHT NOW singing for Iceland, we thought we would join in the fun!

Classic Balkan singing with plenty of edge and vocal breaks and a fair amount of ornamentation

Michael Schulte  – You Let Me Walk Alone

Germans answer to Ed Sheeran sounds like more support work is needed as we have some uncontrolled constrictions but they work very nicely with the style.

  • Medium Edge on some of the verse and my ears hear some curved reduced and stuck in the old byway

Eugent Bushpepa – Mall

Oooh a lovely folky stompy pop song – reminds me of Richard Marx.

  • Dark reduced Edge Ma Dreeeeem
  • High loads of cool edge
  • but look how easy it is – moving into screams and reduced edge territory , you can hear towards the end some actual neutral pure and some amazing twang on that high F
  • Tiny part of knoedle
  • Some great Overdrive
