GET HELP NOW!

lost your voice from singing too hard?

Don’t PANIC – your voice can be repaired within a few hours!

Singers and speakers can lose their voice or become hoarse for a number of reasons. If you lose your voice by shouting at a concert or performing night after night, we often find that the cause of hoarseness or overworking is due uncontrolled constriction and less than optimal technique..

A FEw Simple QUestions…

1. HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN HOARSE?

If you have been hoarse or ‘damaged’ for more than 2 weeks without any improvement, we will always advise you to see a specialist who can make a diagnosis by looking at the vocal cords (stroboscope, endoscope). This diagnosis usually takes place at an ENT clinic.

2. DO YOU HAVE A HISTORY OF VOCAL ISSUES?

If you lose your voice often, there may be an underlying vocal issue preventing you from maintaining your perfect centre.

3. DO YOU NEED HELP NOW?

We have an emergency pre concert priority for performers, but if you can wait until you have more time tomorrow we can help you a little more!
